Question 1

How do I set up my contractor profile?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open your profile, enter your business type, and add each Texas city or county where you operate. Save the profile and update it whenever your business details or operating locations change.

Question 2

How do urgent alerts reach me?

Accepted Answer

A RuleCairn owner reviews and approves an urgent alert before publishing it. At publication, RuleCairn matches the alert’s business type to saved contractor profiles and looks for at least one matching city or county. If your profile matches, the alert is recorded in the Urgent alerts inbox in your signed-in workspace; viewing that inbox requires an active subscription. The current workflow delivers alerts in the app, not by email.

Question 3

How do monthly digests reach me?

Accepted Answer

A RuleCairn owner publishes a digest from eligible alerts approved during its reporting month. It appears in the Urgent alerts inbox for accounts whose saved business type and locations match at least one included alert. Digests are delivered in the app, not by email, and a digest is available only after it is published.

Question 4

What does “reviewed” mean on an urgent alert?

Accepted Answer

Reviewed records that you have seen that alert. It is an inbox acknowledgement only: it does not mean you completed an action, met a requirement, or confirmed the alert’s source. Check the linked official source for current information.

Question 5

Can I change my business type or operating locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open your profile from the workspace, edit the business type or Texas cities and counties where you operate, and save your changes. Future alert matching uses the saved profile details.

Question 6

How can I get support?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Customer support from your workspace, or go to /dashboard/support. The support page includes a way to contact the RuleCairn team by email. If you cannot sign in, email rulecairn-5v3cl7@polsia.app.

Question 7

Does RuleCairn provide legal advice or cover every requirement?

Accepted Answer

No. RuleCairn provides informational alerts and links to sources; it is not legal advice and does not promise to identify every requirement that may apply to a business. Confirm current requirements with the relevant official agency or a qualified professional.
